Resident acknowledges that Statesman, its affiliates or third-parties acting with permission of Statesman, may offer additional products and services through various means of communication, including print advertisements, e-mails, telephone solicitation... and resident hereby consents to receive such communications from Statesman, its affiliates or third-parties acting with permission of Statesman.

Other Information

Statesman does not generally collect information concerning a resident's race, ethnicity, political affiliation, religion, health status... unless volunteered by the Resident. We also do not collect personal information directly from individuals known to be under 18 years of age, although Statesman may collect information on children of a Resident (under the age of 18) who may be utilizing the property facilities.
